My experience of care by Dr Nguyen has been very positive. I have particular reason to be thankful for his intelligent assessment of my symptoms as he recently identified my complaint of back pain as a possible cancer, which has proved correct and enabled prompt treatment to commence. I had always found Dr Nguyen to be most helpful in listening to any issues that I have presented and offering the best remedy. In this recent case he has been most diligent in following things up and ensuring speedy transfer to the care of the specialist team at St Peters Hospital and continuing to liaise and help in the pain management aspects of my condition. First class GP service.

Dr Nguyen is always very helpful and gets to the heart of the problem quickly, the surgery is well run and, when I've had an appointment, I have always been seen very promptly. Getting an appointment is always quite tricky, especially if it's something you want dealt with quickly (we'd normally leave something a few days to see if it mends on it's own before going to the GP so then being told no appointments for a few days is quite frustrating). In person appointment booking seems to work best. Had some trouble recently being told I was booked in for an appointment and then it not "coming through" - there's not enough attention drawn to the computer book-in screens - it's assumed you're a regular and just know. Overall, quality of care is great.
